Terms & Conditions :
- Booking period from now until 29 March 2025, valid for stays between 16 March to 31 March 2025.
- Niseko Village lift passes cannot be upgraded to All Mountain Pass.
- Private ski or snowboard lessons require a 14 days advance booking. Otherwise, this benefit will be forfeited.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking and this payment is non-refundable.
- Rates are nett inclusive 10% sales tax.
- An Onsen Tax of JPY150 will be levied on per person for every night of stay. These fees are to be paid separately upon check-out.
- Accommodation Tax will be imposed per person, per night. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly to the hotel.
The actual tax amount depends on the room price and the number of guests, typically ranging from JPY200 to JPY2,000 per person, per night.
