Terms & Conditions :
- Minimum of four nights’ stay is required.
- Booking period from now until 28 February 2024, valid for stays between 15 December 2023 to 2 March 2024.
- Niseko Village lift passes cannot be upgraded to All Mountain Pass.
- Lift pass and ski/board rental are required to be pre booked and prepaid 14 days prior to arrival.
- Private ski or snowboard lessons require a 14 days advance booking. Otherwise, this benefit will be forfeited.
- Rates are subject to change. Full payment is required at the time of booking and this payment is non-refundable.

- Rates are nett inclusive 10% sales tax.
